advertizing weightloss pages and websites

with facebook and instagram heavily clamping down on weightloss ad and pages, is there any other way people can effectively advertise weightloss products globally with little hitches. i know buying ad spaces from websites work but im thinking of a google/facebook kind of reach.

Ideally, the best tactic would be to use an intermediate.

Eg:
Advertise an IG handle related to food and eventually take them to your website via swipe up/bio link

i actually didnt think about that, but also when the pages talking about food make the advert wouldn't it be a direct opposite when they hit the website
