Advertising Clickbank products in guitar tabs on Ultimate-Guitar

Hey Guys,

I'm new to Black Hat World but have been scouring black hat forums for a little while .

I was on Ultimate-Guitar the other day looking up a guitar tab (as i'm also a guitarist), and I was looking at their traffic and for one semi-popular tab it had over 200k views over a period of maybe 12 months MAX. Others had over 1 million views. It's pretty simple to write tabs (or copy and readjust... shhhh) and was thinking of posting Clickbank affiliate links on these tabs that i'm creating. Signing up is free as is posting guitar tabs. it takes about 5 minutes per tab/ maybe average 50K views depending on whether or not the audience likes my tab, and then you'd hope to convert at least 1% of them...

Am I the first to think of this method, cause i'm yet to see anyone else trying this, unless it just wouldn't work.

What do you guys think???

That's a solid idea. Does it let you include links in the tabs?

Whenever I use tabs from there, I tend to put it on my cell phone so make sure you are mobile friendly

it's practically a text file that's uploaded so you can write anything you want. but obviously make it look legit...

and as for mobile platforms, it's viewed the same as desktops.

Let me know if you have much luck, i'm gonna give it ago. They don't seem to filter much of their content either.

I see where you're going with this. Definitely has potential although the links that you post aren't clickable. The user will have to copy paste the link into another browser potentially lowering your conversion rate.

Sounds like a great idea to me, but the only way you'll know for sure is if you test it out yourself!
