Currently, Facebook has many cases of deactivation by mistake, especially with new personal accounts that have never been run. Advertising accounts located in Facebook Business are much better.

I thought there would be less scrutiny after the election, but no! I invested a lot of money in two BM accounts and they both got shut down. I've been waiting for an appeal for three days now with no response. Maybe they have a new, stricter policy.

Recently new accounts that have not spent money on advertising will be scanned quite strictly in 2 stages, adding tags and posting BH advertising campaigns, you should look for accounts that have spent money and have a good history, those accounts will be less restricted.
 
You can setup network, change configuration, change proxy. I see the account is much more stable now

It's stable if you get the right agency ad accounts. That's when you can scale things without worrying about bans.
