Adverten down as of 22/07/14 10pm UTC - anyone with support contact?

Hey guys,
I've just noticed that the adverten smartlink(not the website) is down for me for the past 8 hours. Did anyone from here talk to them? Anyone knows what's going on? This is a pretty long time to be out of work, Im kind of worried.
Also if you run traffic to them, swap them to another network immediately!

Dunno if they're up or not, but Adverten converts better than LosPollos for you? I'm surprised.
 
UPDATE
I checked the whois records, and the domain the smartlink uses was updated today with new nameservers:ns1/ns2.suspended-domain.com

Looks like their registrar suspended it for some reason, but how the hell could go this unnoticed for nearly 10 fucking hours, possibly more? If anyone has direct contact to them please notify them ASAP or hook me up.

My convo with the first 2 emails was from 2020, but the last one with Arthur is from a month ago.
