    Hello,

This is actually my first post, and hoping to get advice and suggestion from anybody. If I violate any forum rules I apologize in advance.

Pre panda 3.3 I have built and developed my sites for two years. I achieved 8k hits monthly, and was pulling in some decent cash. I started SEO on my own with no formal training, but the internet provides alot of information that helps people along like me.

When I felt like I was achieving quality links that provided my site benefit the panda hit. That 8K/MO traffic dropped to about 2k/MO, my site didn't get deindexed or doesn't have any warnings in my webmasters tools. So I want to move forward and try to recover my rankings, and track my progress along the way.

Any Advice on where to go from here is greatly appreciated =D.

    Best regards,
    Josh

Google used to treat adult sites different than mainstream and you could get away with a lot of bullshit, but that has changed. I would suggest increasing content quality. I.e. if you have a blog make your posts longer and use better language, i.e. by using scientific or academic language for certain descriptions. If you run TGPs don't use sponsor gallery descriptions, but create your own. If you allow others to submit to you, alter their submission so they are a bit unique as they will most likely be submitted at other spots. Just my 2 cents.

What were you tracking pre-panda other than the traffic?
What do you know about Panda that represents the changes after?
Any fluctuation in traffic since Penguin waddled through?
What stayed the same across all updates, what changed after each, how dramatically did it change, do you know why specific changes happened in any one area of your SEO?

If you can answer these questions and more I am sure you will get a very high quality response to this question.
