Adult / Porn content exclusive owner

I would like to ask you for help.

I have several girls ready to work for me and record porn vids for me.
my questions are:
What kind of documents do I need as exclusive owner?
1. contract between my company and girl (including everything what I want to do with content etc...)
1.1. Is here somebody who can help me/share contract with me? or is here some lawyer who can prepare it for me ?

2. 18 usc 2257 - I'm no US based, do I need it ? I would like to make pay sites and sell also to US, so I assume I need it right ?
2.1 I didn't really find some form or anything what I need here, can you help me please, how 18 usc 2257 should look like ?

3. what is your experience ? let me know, if I need more document or anything. I want to do it 110% legal.

Dude... if you'll start your buisness with "google help me" it will be disaster. You need to find adult video companies from your country (here you can google) and to consult with them or pay when for consultation, it refer for every business. Sound banal but if you want to fish ask a fisher. Good luck with your sinful business

Dont worry, im not starting this business with google and i work in this industry for few years now. Next week i have meeting with lawyers etc. I already have contracts with several productions. I just would like to know/share experience of another people dealing with same “problems”.

If you even go to this scale I suggest you need to work with a law firm.

It is not so difficult as people believe:
- you need a paper named Model Release Agreement of each person who appear in your video + a copy of ID card of the model & each person who appear in your video (if you can obtain another proof of identity like passport or driving license it is perfect but not mandatory). MRA is a contract between you as producer and the model, in MRA it is stated that the model was not constrained / forced to do the video, how much she was paid for acting in your video- she must to sign that she received the money and you do not owe her anything else in MRA you also write that you as producer can modify/edit/ sell/ resell the image and sound as you wish and as you like because the model agree to transfer the copyright to you.
Also in MRA you must to state that you personally checked the model ID Card and the model (and all other persons who appear in your video) are 18+ yo
- beside MRA it is a good idea to fill a paper for the location where each video was shoot (you must to state that you taken all required precautions to avoid someone to see your naked girl, nobody (neighbourhood) was offended by doing the video and you must to keep the receipt that you paid/rent the room (location)
- to comply with US law (even if you not live in the US) you only have to keep together MRA + a copy of ID card of the model in this way you can proof that the model is 18+ yo at the time of recording.
You must to focus on quality, in these days if you are not using 4K I doubt you have any chance in this industry.
BTW almost forgot about another paper (it is not mandatory but it is good to have) this paper describe what the model must to do in your video, she must sign that she understood and she agree what she has to do.
