generally any PPS offer is ok. IMlive has $150 offers and are ok with chat traffic. mmd's are $65. glass and bigbucks were $35 last i looked but could be more.
if you want PPL offers, most managers will not like it. at that point it's up to you if you want to send it anyway. at risk of your offer paused or potential termination.
years ago i sent chat traffic to PPL offer that did not allow chat traffic. sent thousands of leads. paid out every time. took about 10 months before they decided to boot me off. no network suspension, just offer paused. ymmv.
also experimented sending traffic to PPS vs PPL. end of the day, the epc's were about the same.
