Adult media buying for smartlinks?

I'm aware it's all about testing, but I was just wondering if you guys ever used popular smartlinks for media buying and ended up turning a profit?

Best solution is to create you own "smartlink" with a smaller selection of offers for a couple of geos first, instead of going worldwide. Get information from your preferred ad network what geos have the biggest volumes, and ask your cpa network manager to provide u with a list of the best performing offers for those geos for the specific traffic source u run.
