many networks allow chat traffic , every offers shows traffic types even i can see many networks allows chat traffic.

you can use crakrevenue , crakrevenueis one of the best adult cpa network and some other networks like maxbounty also have lost of dating offers , you can use maxbounty's dating offers.

Crakrevenue and maxbounty's advertiser will give you problem if there is no purchases from your traffic or if there is chargeback. Go for the lesser known Russian/ Ukraine network for such source of traffic.

the problem with chat traffic is that you're giving them the incentive to sign up to an offer, like promising nude photos or something if they sign up, but that doesn't convert for the advertisers because they sign up and don't spend any money (usually)
