Can someone please share any strategy/tips/tutorial vids for adult CPA with paid ads, which is no BS, easy to understand?

OP, you must burn thousands of $ to test strategies. Nobody will tell exactly what works for them.

You will do well to make 20% roi per day.

You can spend a small amount say $15 to test, per campaign. Once you have a winning campaign to scale and say you wanted to make $100 per day you would need to invest $500 per day.

But you have to fund that for as many days as you need to wait for your cpa network to payout.
 
Get ideas from media buying guides on Udemy and YouTube videos.
