Adult Cost Per Install or Cost Per Transaction Traffic

Are there any good traffic sources to buy adult traffic on CPI or CPT model.

I have a couple of live video chat apps that I am looking to promote on CPI/CPT model through affiliate networks, affiliates or any other traffic source. I am not looking to buy traffic on CPM

What is the best way to go about this?
