Adtrakz Install Error?

I have been playing around trying to install Adtrackz for like 3 hours, and no luck. I keep getting 505 errors when I try to run the install script? Any ideas?

I have, chmoded the right directory, and tried assci and binary transfers. Trying changing parts of the code....nothing

I purchased the resale rights to Adtrackz a few years ago. Email me at brent at brentcrouch.com and I'll see if I can help you out. I have the program installed on most of my sites. I've never got a 505 error. Never even heard of it.

I have the unencrypted version. That may help.

Also another few notes, I am using hostgator hosting, I think it might have to do with that?

Also I paid for this software and have installed successfully on another server. But I have uninstalled now. So their shouldn't be any call-back licensing conflicts.
