What about instead of having CPM ads, just use different CPA networks?
Variety of offers in different places where you usually have ads, cams, dating, PPL, rev-share etc.
I think this will pan out even better honestly, since the people advertising on AdsTerra and other CPM networks make money by doing exactly that; putting CPA offers on your site

300k visiters per day. (assuming this is actual visits not impressions) if each saw 10 ad spaces = 3,000,000 impressions divided by 1000 = 3000 * CPM approx 0.044 = 132 euro per day
i find popcash makes about $1 for every 5euro exoclick makes me - so about $26 per day on popcash (they have a WP plugin and are great.
