    AdSense = Webmaster Welfare | $X,XXX Residual Income & 2 Traffic Sources

Right now you might be wondering what this is about and why I went as far as to say AdSense of all things is webmaster welfare. True, you can make good money with AdSense + SEO as a traffic source, and I have done this in the past, displayed it on here before, and even suggested new people to try it for themselves.

Here I am once again telling you that if you are just monetizing with AdSense, or making it the largest part of your income, you are essentially leaving money on the table. So I am going to demonstrate through this Journey how you can make $X,XXX + figures per month without the need of AdSense. I am also going to be driving traffic through Social Media and of course implementing my traditional source of traffic generation, optimizing and driving leads from organic search results.

First A Brief Word On The AdSense Dilemma:

Even if you are making money with AdSense, you are not continually making money from a one time action. If you are banned from AdSense (That happens a lot to people.) you lose your income over night. The same situation applies to a website being penalized, or simply losing your real estate exposure in the SERPS. However, with residual payments from products you are still making money from a one time action of selling the products as a publisher. That means that over time you build an income that's stable compared to advertising AdSense on your websites.

The Leads Are Mine And Always Will Be!

You hear the same story in this business all the time and it goes something like "I was killing it a few months ago, but now I just can't seem to pull the figures I once was." right? You know why we hear this? Because a large percentage of those people were practicing hit and run style marketing. They advertise and gain position in search engines, make some money, and the bottom falls out, but where are the customers they made money on? Oh yeah! The customers reside in the companies data base and you got a small pension after Google took out their share. So now you were paid scraps and someone else is still making the money, sucks right!?

I don't do that type of marketing anymore. What I do is drive traffic in the same way, but to a lead page with an opt-in magnet. This allows me to simply gain double opt-ins in a particular industry, from that moment forward those leads are mine and I can keep on promoting offers to them. So in short I keep the customers and make money on them monthly from a one time action.

What You Are Going To Learn From This Journey:

At the least, I want you to take away the ability to turn over a five figure monthly income with the use of promoting products, know how to build a site for products, rank it properly, and learn how to elegantly tie in Search Engine Optimization with the power of driving leads from Social Media, like Facebook.

Here Is What I Have Done So Far To Get Started:

    • I bought the domain name for the website.
    • WordPress is Installed, but no themes have been implemented.

Yeah so that's where we are at. Really, I didn't want to get a huge start on it because it would diminish my ability to remember every little thing I did to make this happen for you guys/gals. As always I am not going to post up the site link, keywords, or the name of the product I am offering, nevertheless I will give insights along the way and post what tools I am using to get the job done.

Next On My Agenda Is To Do the Following:

    • Finish picking out a theme and setting up the website.
    • Start writing and adding content.

All right folks that is all for now. I am going to update this journey on the regular basis. Let me know if you have any questions.

Seems like both our flights are about to take of at the same time since i am in the same state of your journey. But on the fly if i can get some good advice why should i miss it.Defo going to follow this and good luck rabbit bro !

But i have few things in my mind which i don't hesitate to ask you here since this is the place to do it.

Using a free or a nulled theme now and later changing it to a paid theme ? or if you have any theme suggestions that would be great, though theme doesn't matters much i always wanted to know this from other users.

Thank you buddy. I have done these before and this will make a nice addition. :)

    Thank you Keywordspot!

    I appreciate it Graphics. =)

Nice to have you following along. Good luck on your journey buddy. :)

Thanks mate, be sure to follow along. ;)

I plan on updating as much as I can Diganto. Thank you!

    Thanks mate!

Great! Got an update for you below.

    Thanks for following along Hajar.

Absolutely not. I will not monetize with AdSense. ;)

Nice to have you here buddy! I quit using nulled or free themes a long time ago. At one time I used to download themes
even from BHW and use them, but these days I only buy tools and themes from the source. Two main reasons why I started
doing this instead of using free ones.

    1. I don't like how themes can easily have back doors and vulnerabilities even virustotal can't catch.
    2. Call me a softy, but I like people to earn money for their work, and I am doing well enough to pay them for it.

For a general theme I would recommend Avada. You can find it for free here on BHW I do believe, but I have the paid
version which I would suggest anyone to do when they can.

    Code:
    http://theme-fusion.com/avada/
The great thing about themes like Avada is you can build a small MNS site or even take on an authority project with them.
Those type of themes can handle a lot. You never know what a project is going to scale into, so using a theme that can
    work with that, helps. :)

Good! Thanks for following along bud.

    Thanks for following along Solender!

    Update 1.0
So since the launch of this Journey I have been committing some time to this project. I am resisting the urge
to have my employees do things while I focus on other business matters, but that would not make the Journey
accurate, considering I want people to do what I am doing without human resources. Below is a breakdown of
what I have accomplished thus far.

Theme Has Been Selected And Installed:
Not much to say about that! Just made sure it was responsive and had a nice theme page editor. I don't like
spending more time on editing content than I have too, so I pay attention to efficiency more so than fancy features.

Keyword Research Is Done And Ready:
That always feels good when you find a decent list of keywords to start with. Below I listed the amount of traffic
each keyword is estimated at receiving per month on Google.com

    Keyword A: 52,500
    Keyword B: 39,000
    Keyword C: 11,000
    Keyword D: 4,400
    Keyword E: 3,900

Want to know how to research keywords and niches? I already wrote a tutorial on that back in 2014. ;)

    http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...rial-how-find-profitable-niches-keywords.html

I also installed WordPress SEO by Yoast which is a nice little plugin for onsite optimization.

Next On My Agenda Of To-Dos:

    • Create Main Pages And Write 1000 Word Articles For Each.
    • Make A New Facebook Page For This Project.
Okay! That is that for Update 1.0....I will be back in here when I have more to display. :)

Although I use adsense myself (rarely), I always called it the poor mans monetization. Webmaster welfare is also a great name.

    Thanks for following along.

The keywords I selected are not long tail keywords. Most of them are just relevant to the product. Later I will add in
longtail keywords and so on. Just targeted the main ones for now.

You are spot on Antichrist. Could also call it Webmaster Food stamps lol :p Thanks for stopping by bud!

    Update 2.0
Not a huge update here folks. I have been preoccupied today with other projects, nevertheless I was able to work
on this project a bit. I am just getting organized today and writing out the content for the main page. Today I did
add my keywords to the rank tracker SerpBuddy.

The next thing I managed to get done was make a little profit model map for you guys/gals. It's kind of tough visualizing
everything I am doing from text only. So below you will find a map I made of the action plan.

That's all for now. I will be back in here with more progress soon. Let me know if you have any questions as I go
through this sales funnel process. One reason I didn't say " $X,XXX in 30 days!" or something like that is because
time really doesn't make a huge difference to me. I know it will be profitable and this is a long term business model.

    Hi RK,
Followed you last journal, and i'm def. in for this one! The listbuilding threads aren't much talked about here, so great that you're sharing this one with us.
Always had the tought of doing this with free traffic to generate cash flow, but SEO never went well. (even paid BST's)
Some questions tough, how much are you bugetting for this one?
Also, a rather noobie question. I'd like to setup an autoresponder, but i don't like to put up my home adress, and i don't have the possibility to get a mailbox or so. Any possible solutions for this? Sorry to bombard you with the last one, but it's the only thing holding me back setting up.

Anyway, best of luck and keep us posted till the end! Will follow this with pleasure
