Yeah i tried many tricks with adsense accounts and everything is risky even if something work for month or two on long term it's ban or shadow ban(now it's called ads limitation). There is no better trick than get nice and juicy site or blog with real traffic.

Not only are you going to lose your account, think about the advertisers too. Not everyone who uses adwords is rich. Many marketers in this forum use adwords. Please do not fuck us like this.

If you want to get banned? Google is not that dumb. You can trick it with more sophisticated stuff but getting maybe 50-100% CTR is just a red flag. Also, if you just have couple of spikes and never else any real traffic, also unrealistic....
Save your money, if it was that easy everybody be doing it.
