I'm not sure how many days back it got removed, I dont check is usually but like within 2-3 weeks, I suggest you to reduce your ctr and it will be good to go

Then this is really weird cause my was 12%, yeah I know ads don't show but idk how to fix bro mine automatically did on one account and on other its pending from long. You should contact support but thats pretty useless they don't give a fuck about publisher

Remove ads for 8 days and then check your account. I tried this and got my ads back. If you got notification of "resolved" then wait for 1-2 days then add ad codes. If you didn't get any notification and your "add limit" notification is not showing then wait for more 1 week and then apply. It usually works. I got the same limit.

This is happening to me since September 19. I don't know how to remove this from my adsense. Don't know what triggered it, but it's a new adsense with 100% organic traffic from google. There's no message for me so far.
