Adsense revenue sharing websites

On this page they mention that they rarely give such permissions :

I know some websites that are sharing revenue and running from years. I remember reading a commission structure for such sites (like some money paid by Google per member getting Adsense approved through the site) . I tried searching for that information today and could not find that. Any one has some information about that program ?

There used to be a lot of websites like this ....but that was years ago. They used to do this on hubpages.com, bukisa.com and potentially weebly, wix etc. But I don't believe it works anymore. Now, you can use google adsense for shared or hosted content. That's it!

Thanks for replying. I know some sites that are working on this model currently. Do you remember about the commission structure offered to them by Google ?
