I was using my adsense on my site but my account got banned few months back. So today i bought a new adsense account , i put the code (2-3 hour before) in my website but it is not displaying any ad only grey area appears where the ad is placed...

Whats the problem can anyone explain please...

Is my website was banned previously is the cause or should i wait few more hours ?

Give it a while, new ad code requires some time to start displaying ad.

If it doesn't in a few hours, update this thread and we can see is something's wrong.

Guessing you're saying you've used the same old site and just added new adsense codes ?

Try using this tool to see if your site is banned.
    http://www.bannedcheck.com/

I've never had a site banned from Adsense before, so I'm not sure if that tool works.

Quoting this again. Don't fret over something that is potentially nothing.

If the ads are showing on your other sites, the account is active and your domain isn't banned, then the only explanation is that the site is being indexed by the Adsense bot.

I repeat, give it some time. Clear your cookies and cache and then try again.

the content on that website is why it does not display ads, check the content on the website... you need to remove the contents, it does not comply with google policy.

Use a new domain and stop bringing yourself out for google to ban you.
