adsense not apprved my site due policy violatiion. HELP!

I have submitted the website to get approval from Adsense after few days I got this message :
Valuable inventory: Templated page
I don't know what exactly causes this issue from happening and preventing my site to get approved However please if anyone else has this issue before and was able to fix share your experience

Your pages need content, from this link (https://support.google.com/adsense/thread/8664548) I quote :

Advertising and other paid promotional material added to your pages should not exceed your content. Furthermore, the content you provide should add value and be the focal point for users visiting your page.

Examples of unacceptable pages include but are not limited to:

Mirroring, framing, scraping or rewriting of content from other sources without adding value;

Pages with more advertising than publisher-provided content;
