you really don't remember how you verified your identity? it would help me a lot to know in this case how to verify when you create an adsebse account on behalf of a company in a different country than your country of residence.

Actually I didn`t send any additional data for Identity verification excep company data
Found that I was asked for adress verification:

filled out all data as above and after this account was active after pin submition. /
Wasn`t asked for anything else. My residence is EU not US, so could send them any US based docs, except company address and data.
Maybe after that there were some internal changes for AdSense approval, don`t know how does it looks like now

It was about 3 years ago, don`t remember, but assume that I completed W-8 BEN, cause withdrawal goes to my company.
You should better consult it with your CPA
