The important thing to understand - when people say they need traffic, they actually look for advertising.
It is not possible to force someone to land on the site and expect him to be happy about it. When the user makes a choice to click on the ad, land on that site it will be his decision to spend time on that site.

Where your traffic is coming from?

I've got a few sites that I'm using as parking at the moment. I utilise some for ebay/amazon affiliate where I know the conversion will be good; with the rest I don't know what to do. I have previously been reject by adsense.

Adsense is not the top arbitrage earner lol there are ton of ad networks on cpm side and they also a few alternative on cpc u can try this with. Traffic arbitrage is not illegal it’s just when u do it u must do it right with the right legit clean quality traffic sources.

People are doing traffic arbitrage on large scale because it’s a TON of money available to be made

The goal is to graduated from Adsense and move to the cpm side which is a lot safer

It depends on a lot of factors... type of site, number of uniques in tier 1 countries (us, uk, Canada, Australia) quality of content etc...

Infolinks would be a good starting point then as your traffic grows u can get into google adx via google certified publisher

Try infolinks it’s cpm based not cpc... I learned long time ago adsense is just an account u used to get into YouTube advertising or to graduate to their cpm version google adx... they are extremely strict and one bad click can ruined your whole business model.

Also a lot of people don’t know this but if u get banned from adsense u are no longer ever eligible for google adx their cpm version as well! you are essentially blacklisted! The good news is they banned u by domain not your personal name so U can always renamed your website and forward the current domain to the new one or try other companies that are cpm based like google top 10 cpm ad networks 2019
