so facebook application or page monetized with adscend widget?

Not sure about Adscendmedia but I'm pretty sure Lead Bolt is. I'm also not sure if CPA lead is anymore. They kinda turned the ban hammer on a while back and so I'm not sure if they're cracking down on facebook traffic or not.

I heard the problem is with Zynga games not the FB traffic, but I would ask your AM to make sure there is no problem.
