Whats up with adscendmedia is it down for everyone else and how long has it been down?
It's being worked on. They say it shouldn't be long now.

Down for me also. When i try to login it says: "Error connecting to database. [S2]"
Hope it gets fixed soon.
Still down.Changed the locker to adworkmedia for the time being.
It's looking like it will be a while longer now. I'll update everyone as I learn more.
Jeremy please mail us if you have such downtimes so that we can place our backup gateways.
There is no way to email everyone, or even access the list of email addresses, when our server is down.
Why not keep a separate server for each.Accounts and all in one server and gateway on other and backup gateway server in case something goes wrong?
We expect things to stay down for another couple of hours. We will be applying credit to everyones' account based on the amount of time we were down and each account's historical earnings.

Hell, i started new campaign today and spent few bucks and hours at it.. and it's wasted time and money. Great. Thanks.
We'll do what we can to make it up to everyone but unfortunately we can't prevent hardware failures. We're getting a new server and migrating things. We have multiple servers but with this one it was a single point of failure so it did bring us down. We had a similar hardware failure a couple months ago that brought us down while we moved traffic to our standby server. We're having a run of bad luck it seems.

I'm also quite interested as to how the compensation will take place, i.e. what period will be used to come up with the daily average earnings? A week? A month? A year? Or is this individual?
P.S. As an off-topic side note, you may want to consider asking your AMs to be a bit more responsive when dealing with clients. It's quite annoying if an AM can't manage to reply to an e-mail for 3 weeks and ignores a follow up as well, especially when dealing with a publisher who is sending constant traffic/conversions.

We're getting close. I won't estimate how close yet though, because I don't want to be wrong.
We skipped sleeping to continue working on it -- or more accurately, monitor how the sys admins at the hosting company are working on it.
We had a hardware failure and are having to transfer all of our data to new drives.
We don't have the exact details for the compensation worked out yet. We do expect though that it'll be based on an average of Monday-Wednesday earnings. Or possibly just Wednesday earnings.
