Ads overlay

Would anybody know how to create this kind of ad over the play button?

Like here - http://videowood.tv/embed/lerj or here http://videowood.tv/embed/l03v with the "Close Advertising And Watch Video" button.
(You DONT have to have adblock unblocked to see it.)
