Admitting You're New?

I'm going to pitch for the first time to a dentist. This office has been my dentist for the past couple years and they are great people. Problem is that they are my first client and I'm young with no office (21). I am however confident in my abilities. Should I admit that I'm new and they are my first client right off the bat? How would this affect my pricing strategy for them?

Don't even tell that you are new in the businesses because they are gonna think that you don't know what you are doing. Age is no excuse in this business, if you can do it, you can make it work.

NO - you don't need to tell them you are new, but you need to temper their expectations! Don't get their hopes all up and tell them you can have their website at #1 in 48-72 hours! Be confident and think through what kinds of questions the dentist may have so that you can have answers ready.

Be confident and realistic with the results and you'll do fine. Remember, for how little you think you know, that dentist doesn't know ANYTHING regarding websites, SEO!

The only issue I'm a little worried about is if they ask about previous clients. Previous results. Maybe I'm over thinking what they will actually ask?

I agree with those who said not to reveal that you are new.

The best thing is to anticipate what questions your potential
client may have and be prepared with the answers. Act
confidently and professionally. Also, it wouldn't hurt to read
some ebooks on the subject before speaking with your client.
