I registered in adelais.net yesterday and I am trying until now to log to my acccount.(cpanel)

Every time I log with the user and password it gives me the small box to enter it again.
Suddenly I opened the page and I went to the cpanel without any password then I change it and now I cannot log again and I don't know what to do.
Made a ticket since yesterday and no one replied :S
I am thinking to change the hosting with a better one guys :S
