You can ask your writer to recommend someone, perhaps a member of his family or a friend. Most probably your writer would like to maintain a good relationship with you, so he will be extra careful with his selection. Unless, of course, you've been an a*ss to him. In that case praying would be in order.
That doesn't seem like such a good idea. Reason is I want to keep the writers and submission parts separate. Imagine you are the writer and now i reveal the whole method to you... would you still do your job? I know i wouldn't! I'd probably start doing my own thing or just jack your AC account!
