    Basically I have 5 different articles all around 1 particular subject. I'm sort of confused, because I obviously know I want all 5 articles on my site, but I want 1 particular page to rank for the keyword I'm targeting. How do I go about doing this? Do I just build backlinks to the page I want to rank and let the other 5 articles sit? Sorry for the simple question I used the search on the forum, but couldn't find my answer.

    Thanks

    You can also add this code below to your header if you want them completely removed from search engines. This is common if it's a 'thank you' or download page.

    Code:
    <META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW">

    If I have search engines no-index or no follow them does it still give me credit for having relevant content to the keyword I'm targeting?

    Let the search engines index the pages. Just simply link to the page you want to rank from the other 4 or 5 articles.
