Adding a video to a site not using youtube?

    How do you add a video to a page on your site that isnt from youtube.
    I have a video on my computer i need on my site but dont want
    to put it on youtube and then embed. How do you do it?

    1. Convert your video into FLV or MP4 format and upload it on your site.
    2. Embed it into your posts and pages using Simple FLV plugin.

    Actually what if my visitors dont have flash installed, that will be annoying is there another option?

    But having a flash fallback is generally a good option, I personally always use jw player. Maybe add a few lines of code to differentiate your offer based on the browser mobility/capabilities. That's what I generally do. HTH

    HTML5 fallback will be supported by upcoming KVS Player 2.5.0 which is 100% freeware. You can wait for it or use commercial solutions.
