Added PBN link but nothing happened

Ranking for new sites takes much longer than 4-5 days. You need to be patient and consistent in growing your site.

It takes 2 to 3 weeks after posts indexed if the keywords are highly competitive you should build some more PBNs.
 
General Perception is Google ranking doesn't take effect over night

I wish it continuos. Ranking changes within a week, because of one backlink from low metrics PBN. Not happens many.
I think you found some pretty solid keyword for your site.
