I am now building a set of Web2.0 mini sites with unique content around my money site. I read a thread on BHW where it was said that an anchor with the keywords inside the H1 element of the page provided great results.

I created one blog with Wordpress with the Twelve Thirteen theme. The bad think is that the free version won't let you customize too much your website since you do not have access to plugins, for example.

I would like to know a way to add an anchor with my keywords inside the H1.

It should be the title of your site which you can change under Settings -> site title and the tagline for that theme should be an h2 tag.

Maybe I should try to be more precise. When you create a page or a post, you have to introduce the title. Afterwards, it is displayed in a <H1> element (as a matter of fact, it seems that they are 2 <H1> elements, one containing the site title and one containing the page/post title, I do not really know if it is good for SEO).

For example, let's say I have the keywords "brown dog". I write a title like "Brown dog for you" which will appear in the <H1> element. I would like to have an anchor towards my money site with only "Brown dog". I know how to write it in html but I do not know how to have access to the code or another possibility to modify that title.

Yes the h1 tag is also the post title - which is fine. It won't hurt your rankings to have it twice as long as it is logical and in this case it is. When you say anchor to your site do you mean as the title or post title or literally a link out to another site? As far as I know you can edit HTML inside of the posts in the free WP blogs but you can't edit the themes.

I wanted to put the anchor inside the <H1>, which can be done only if I could modify the behavior of the theme. If I can not edit it, then I have no chance to achieve what I want.

Why? If you're linking out to an external site it looks really unnatural if you link out using an h1 tag.
