how exactly do we get 1 cent per 1k full page views?

cant find it anywhere

I'm pretty sure you earn a lot more then $0.01 for 1,000 full page views, I received $0.01 with 200 page views and that was just a advert on the sidebar of my blog, so I'm not too sure what your question is, try re-phrasing it and I'm more then willing to help you.

You can also try Facebook for advertising at 0.01 or more which are good for instant traffic and less converting ones
