Long story short, just built a new site, it's a niche site / micro niche and I'm wondering how long til I get RELEVENT ads.

I've started back linking using services from BHW, and am indexed on google, and ranked on bing (not google though) within 10 minutes of my site being indexed by them. It's in the real estate niche, but is informational. I'm using Heatmap Pro, and a click-jack protecting plugin ( got banned from being click jacked before, I don't run a site without it).

Have 8 very well written 400+ word 2-4% KWD, each post targeting my highest keywords. No site errors according to webmaster tools, sitemap posted, analytics set up.

    Here's the adsense details.

CPC for all KWD's are $1.60-6.00 and 2000-5000 searches per keyword per month. Literally almost no competition. Text ads only, enhanced texts ads off, interest based ads OFF, categories blocked that are irrelevant (like technology or beauty), and ad networks disabled.

Placement of ads is 1. in-content, above fold, and below title 300x250 2. Skyscraper, left side, 160x w/e it is. 3. leaderboard, below header, above blog.

Now note, I haven't done ANYTHING to backlink yet, still waiting to hear back from the service provides, so I'm not ranked. Do I need to be ranked to get relevant ads, does it tak 24-48 hours after being index?

Idc about CPC, at the time being, because I just want to focus on relevant ads, as that IS the cpc. I'm still getting interest based ads btw...

Uh. Every time I hear someone talk about CPC and competition, I have to ask, are you talking about AdWords competition? Because low comp in AdWords means no one's bidding on that KW. In other words, Google has to fill your ad space with other ads because the ones that are relevant to your content are scarce. Furthermore, Google now does a lot of tracking of user interests, so they'll show ads relevant to your users browsing history, regardless of what's on your page.

High adwords competition, low quality competitors (like they don't have good backlinking, low domain age, pr, etc.).

There is a big chance you see those ads because of remarketing ads. You see ads from sites you visited lately? If yes, then you are seeing remarketing ads. Most of real estate ads are usually targeted to specific geo. If you are not from that geo, you won't see those ad. But that doesn't mean your visitors can't see them (at least those from right geo location). Google will always try to serve you most relevant ads to your visitors, otherwise they don't make money ether. Just relax and rather focus on driving traffic.
