Current warm-up campaigns are not very effective with the main ads being too black and not well-cloaked
Some basic tips are as follows: After logging in to your profile (best with mbasic.fb.com), surf Facebook for about 5 minutes like a normal user, and don't close the browser for about 3-24 hours, then you can use it as usual
Regarding the ad account, you can choose to create a warm-up ad or not, I see it's np nowaday. Just create a white ad on the page (budget 10$ is enough) and wait for it active for about 3 hours before you can create the main ad. Note, don't turn off the white ad, let it be active for about 1 day in parallel with the main ad to increase credibility
