    I'd like to see the footage from the cop car at the back (that they say the rider "knew what was going on..." because of his presence).
    From the riders footage available who is to say that the cop car didn't pull up after the stop.

    There was a similar story this week where a drunk cop pointed his gun at a store clerk for no reason. At least this fucker went to jail though.

    If its a public area -- why cant you record in public? Cops say they can -- but we cant?

    I think it's understandable that cops have an issue with being recorded. Out of context videos with cops appearing to do something bad get a lot of YouTube hits, plus there's the issue with people labeling the whole force as Nazis/KKK etc after seeing one cop do something wrong.
