Basically, you're guilty until proven otherwise. Nice move big brother, nice move.

After I just clicked to download it, I open up this thread, lol. I'm really tired to read all the talks (not saying that I don't want to see any other threads around, that depends of mods decisions)

So as tired I am, I'm still interested to hear more and more opinions. At least in Romania, even if ACTA was signed along other 21 EU members and soon to be more, I know for sure that it won't be applied/enforced.

How is it guilty until your proven innocent, it would be just like criminal investigations for offline things. Even in the U.S. they don't have enough police/judges to enforce this, stop being paranoid.

lol, sensationalism. No law in the US is "guilty until proven otherwise". You're always innocent until proven guilty, but that doesn't mean you can't be held while an investigation is underway.

If you're arrested for murder you'll be held unless you post bail, but you're still considered innocent until your court case reaches its verdict.

    *EDIT*

Just noticed this is an old bumped thread. This should be an example to all the tin-hat folks that the world doesn't end every time some new legislation comes out. Life goes on as it always will.
