Einstein supposedly had an estimated IQ of about 160, and we all agree he was a genius not because he had a high IQ but because of his accomplishments.
Richard Feynman had an IQ of about 120, which is an IQ of your good enough smart guy. But by all measurements other than his IQ score he was a freakin genius.
IQ score means jack shit as far as intelligence is concerned. It can be manipulated upwards by training just like that program does, but this won't mean you will become smarter in you day to day life.
However I don't dismiss IQ test entirely as measure of intelligence. If your IQ is way less than 100, chances are you are actually dumb.
In other words a very low IQ score is a red flag but any score beyond slightly better than average (110 + ) means nothing.
