According to our terms and conditions, after adding a payment method to the BM warranty expires. So, in the case you have described, unfortunately, we can not replace the BM.
In order to avoid having such type of issues you should not use a card, which has already been used with other BMs before, and you should use only a physical bank card for the first spendings (do not use virtual cards immediately, you can connect one only after a few successful billings are made).
