On some accounts when you login with bluestacks it will tell you right away that the account has been disabled
This account has been banned and cannot be brought back, except maybe contacting instagram but it will only work for legit accounts, not accounts with "free_iphone7" as username.
But on other accounts when you login with bluestacks, you wont get the message that the account is disabled, but you will get the message that the page is not available
On these accounts if you click on "Forgot your login detail? Get help signing in" then click on "Use Username or Email", then enter either your username or email and you will get the message "Error no users found"
Which would suggest that the account is banned and cannot be retrieved, but maybe it can still be retrieved
Let's take a popular example, justin bieber had some problems with instagram and decided to deactivate his account, the account is not banned and can still be retrieved but if you go to : https://www.instagram.com/justinbieber/
You will see the same message that you get on your accounts that are not disabled but that you still cannot access
Now if you go on bluestacks and try to remember the details and enter the username "justinbieber" you will see the same message that you get on your accounts
But obviously his account is not banned but just deactivated and can be reactivated at any time
Now if you try to remember the details of selena gomez for example you will get this
Which is normal because the account is not deactivated and running without problem
So if you dont get the message that your account is disabled but instead you get the page with "Sorry this page isn't available" it means the account is not banned but only deactivated
