account warnings after 2 invites?

have an account which hasnt been logged into in months, after 2 requests a warning comes up. possible ip tracking or just acct flagged for low acceptance ratio in the past?

warning or captcha ?
if its captcha then its normal with non pva accounts
and if you are getting warning then its bcoz in past your friend requests must be reported as spam by many users so because of that your account gets flagged
