Account Restricted uppon creation

Hi
I tried to create an ebay account for my LLC and Im not a US citizen.
First they wanted to verify me and asked me some weird questions if I know certain people or addresses.
then they during waiting for a call - sent an email my account is suspended for good. Not specifying a reason part for me being a threat (wonder how Im a threat if I just register..)

What to do next? Anyone know how to solve this?

Are you a legal resident in the US and have a valid SSN?

No but my LLC does.

have you used EIN number ?

When you register for an LLC, ebay will still ask for the last 4 digits of your SSN or ITIN for the account holder. So if you do not have that, I believe the system will automatically flag your account.

This is evident by them asking your about your known addresses and associates, because that information is most likely extract from your credit report and your credit report is derived either from your SSN or ITIN.
