My friend just had this facebook account banned and he can't make another FB account since his credit card info is stored and he mostly make money from facebook ads
so, what is the solution here? I see it all come down to credit card, so as long as there is a way to add another credit card(Real card, not VCC because he spend A LOT on FB ad). FB not just ban the name and account, they ban the address, phone number and other info too

so how to get around this and make another FB account fully work with a legit credit card again?

It is a very simple thing.

    1) First of all, open a new facebook account.

    2) Get your FB $100 credit. If you can't i can help you get one.

    3) Get a VCC ( i have a reliable FB VCC provider, but is costs some good money. I use about $25 to get my FB Vcc.)

    4) The VCC will come with any address that you wish.

    5) You will create a FB $100 advertising account activated within minutes.

Alternatively, i can help you create one. PM me for the cost.

ADVICE: From experience, for better performance, i use Impression instead of Pay Per Click.

    Thanks.

It depends what you advertise for cpm... Anyways it's not that easy. FB bans new accounts easily even if you have proxy. It's all luck with new accounts and even aged or hacked accounts. If you're friend wasn't pushing anything bh or doing anything bh he should email or call them...

    1) get in your car (or hop on your bike if you don't have one)

    2) go to your nearest wal-mart, cvs, generic super-mart type of store

    3) buy a visa gift card or something similar, with CASH

    4) register it with fake info

    5) use this to register your new FB account

No, no, no, no and no. More and more prepaids are requiring ID verification when you register. The fine print on the back of the card tells you sometimes, but often you don't know until you get it home and unwrap the card. Even if they don't SAY that they'll ask for it when you register, or the card WILL say they want it and won't even bother later. No way to know. And a lot of others don't allow you to enter personal details. Most of the rest are on some blacklist so companies KNOW not to accept them. I tried 3 diff prepaids (not FB) but the target site refused the number straight off, i couldn't even submit the cc form.

Finally I ended up spending them on blank disks or something and just bought a vcc online that was good for the site.

If you're determined to do it your self, write down the brands of cards at your local stores, go home and look them up in online forums. I know the green-something ones (Greendot? Greenpay?) are useless for verification purposes. And W^lm^rt and egay have bought some of the prepaid card companies so you have to know who'd in bed with who before you buy. FB may be hooked up with some of them and share IPs and everything else down to where it was bought. Oh, also use cash if you buy one.

But really. My advice is to spend a little extra for a verified account for a vcc from a good vendor online and get on with your business. I say leave that end to the professionals and concentrate on what you do best

I did a little research around and turn out that I don't need to care that much about it, if my account got banned, I just ask my friends to lend me their account, I throw them some cash, everyone happy

or,just another account, different address, IP,credit card, the name will be the same though, but if they ban the name, then lots of people will have problem
