Account Activity, Same IP / class IP account creation etc. affects SEO?

Hey guys here are my questions:
1. Account Activity affects my videos SEO?
2. I make accounts with my router, restarting it, i get new IP, i delete cookies and get a home phone number to register account.
If Youtube recognizes me as the same router or idk, is there any possibility that can affect my SEO too?

I mean, like... Rank of a Youtube Video can be affected by the "host" yt account ?

Youtube does consider the history of an account when ranking videos. Accounts with a history of popular high quality videos will pass this authority on to new videos that are created. They will get a higher ranking in Youtube search than videos from channels with a lower history of average video view levels.

If you want to set up a completely separate Youtube account, I think you are right to change your IP, and clear cookies (or use the incognito mode on your browser). Just make sure to repeat this process when logging in to your different accounts in the future if you want to keep them separate in case Youtube kills one of your channels.
