Access Free internet using Free Homepage

I have been browsing Free Internet using a Trick in 3G Mode but i have a problem while using it for Downloading Purpose because i don't know much about proxies.So, the trick is i used a proxy like Zacebookcom and port : 80 in browser and opened a Free Homepage/IP Provided by my ISP and it worked perfectly and there is no data deduction.But when i put the same proxy and same port in Internet Download Manager and download something in My Browser(Chrome) and copy that file DL address and paste it in IDM to Download, it doesn't download that file and gives a error.Like it will download the Browser Page(of About 20KB) instead of downloading the file i am trying to download.I want to solve this problem so that i can download Big files using IDM also.Because in browser it doesn't have an option to Refresh Download Address.

Sounds like allot of effort just to get out of a $50 internet bill. Spend you time making money to pay your bills legitimately. I know it sounds crazy but just give it a try.
