    Hey guys.

So one of my sites is a members site. Actually I have 4 of these sites and each site has their own members. Right now I just have a paypal subscription button. A normal paypal account can do this. I find it hard to keep track though.

DO you know of any good stuff to use that is like WHMCS. (I cant use this cause I dont use or need cpanel) I just need a billing software that I can keep myself organized.

Unless something has changed, you don't NEED cPanel to use WHMCS. Sure, WHMCS has lots of features that help you intergrate it with cPanel/WHM, but you could install it on any server with php/mysql available and make use of the billing/ticket system.

If you're running Wordpress there is a plugin called Amember that is good for subscriptions.

I haven't really used any other billing software to compare it to and it's actually been a while since I've used WHMCS, but I dare say it has all the functions you're looking for.

Lindexed is an example of a non-hosting website using whmcs, I'm sure there's many more.

I mainly need something to keep track and know when someones payment was skipped or didnt go through. Trying to use paypals subscription section of their website is terrible.

Whats the best solution to visually see when payments are late or skipped?
