Is there a way to accept bank transfer on website using automated system? Just like credit card processing, but bank transfer instead.

no. impossible. it has to be initiated as a send from inside the persons bank account. every other type of transaction is normally a get.

There are services with API that allow the initiation of automated bank transfers, but there is a very high security protocol for obvious reasons. Perhaps look into accepting debit cards? Essentially the same thing, but much easier, and the customer has more protection anyway with card liability protections. Let us know if you need any help implementing payment systems or gaining access to merchant accounts.

All bank transfers must be initiated within the bank accounts website. And for the poster above PayPal has nothing for
    bank to bank transfers.
