Hi there fellow residents of BHW,

So i figured out that basically all i have to do is develop a deep understanding of online marketing and failing a considerable amount of times before i become successful in this field. But to accelerate this process i'm definitely choosing to learn from other people mistakes. I mean why waste time making my own mistakes if i can learn from my peers mistakes.

I have a few thought provoking questions to ask that will help in learning certain subjects i'm trying to learn. If you guys can lend out a hand with these questions it will be much appreciated. Even if you can only answer one.

1.)What are the most controversial or unorthodox methods to making money online and why?

2.)Being more specific what are the most controversial or unorthodox methods to driving traffic online and converting that traffic?

3.)Has anybody trained anyone and have them replicate there results?

4.)What are the biggest mistakes and myths you see in trying to make money online? What are the biggest wastes of time?

5.)What are you favorite instructional books or resources on the subject ..if people had to teach themselves what would you suggest?

6.)If you were to train me for 4 weeks for a competition of making a certain amount of money online and the reward was a billion dollars…What would the training be like?

7.)What are your key principles for better, more consistent traffic and conversion?

You should probably do some due diligence before asking all these big questions about the community

It is not as simple as you imagine. Those questions you ask and many more carry different weights dependent on your own personal strengths and weaknesses. Something I find easy you might find very difficult and vice versa.

You should view it as if you are setting up an offline business as all the things you need to do are the same. It is just your office, store etc is in the virtual world not on the high street.

If it was that easy to do everyone would be wealthy following a simple formula - Hence all that guru BS. Ultimately, choose something, learn by failing, pick yourself up and do it again until you do it right. Just like real life.

You ask for a piece of advice, then it is learn to fail fast.

Thanks for all the advice everyone and i really appreciated, but these questions aren't just as simple as saying how do you make money. Just news for most of you members. I've read everything in the introduction area and spent hours clicking on every link at BHW before writing this post. I 've even spent days now of waking up at 5am and going over the technical jargon just so i can re-read the introduction area and comprehend it better.

Full comprehension of the most important and failing alot is what works for me in success.

These questions are just guidelines for me personally (not for anybody else) to learn where to start once i made up my mind i want to learn something new. This is no shortcut- the skill still determines the amount of time it takes to comprehend a subject, but determining what to study and what not to study can save you lots of time. The introductions area is filled with vast amounts of information but there's often an exception to the rules and winging or failing without knowing what to learn in order of importance to your goal is lazy thinking.

For instance music production- somebody told me study music theory. Do you really know how many scales there are...a shit ton. I lost alot of time studying scales i would never use in my music. Why because of over %80 percent of mainstream music is contemporary music using only few amount of scales. I could have spent this time learning something of better importance. How about chords. There's also several many different types of chords. Spent hours before i learned that i could make almost every type of chord with one code. I basically can teach somebody that has 0 knowledge about music how to make several different chords as long as they can count. All of this would have never happened if i had never ask these questions. People spend thousands of dollars on courses online learning the traditional ways to learn things because its well traditional, but over the course of history somebody always finds a more effective (not a shortcut) MORE EFFECTIVE!! way to do something. I am simply trying to learn the most effective way to learn internet marketing and know one can just tell to me to go read the manual or fail alot of times. Like thats pretty obvious way to get better or understand something, but often times not the most effective way.

No i didn't read every link because I'm was to busy reading all the technical jargon of IM on google and refrencening the introduction area with those terms. Mostly acrynoms. I clicked on every link to see what info was displayed to figure out if it had any importance to my specific method or any importance at all so I can go back later in read it. Similar to touching all the buttons and shit in your car to know were everything at or pressing all the buttons on a XBoX controller to get a feel for the game your playing. So no I haven't read everything, just the introduction area were I will re-read today
