AC Booo Slandered & Defamed my name

I actually took the time to write an article from scratch . Took me 30 minutes . It was dealing with the life expectancy of DOGS ..

About 1 and a half weeks later they contacted me say I was in violation of copyright infringement . I was thinking WTH who is in my head . So I check out where they say I "copied" the article from . What is this it is about the breeding patterns of horses. How is that even close to the life expectancy of Dogs? I looked all through the site nothing dealing with dogs anywhere .

Is this slander ? Falsely accusing me of copyright infringement ? Or defamation of Char ?

i didnt know why it happened to you even though when i submitted an article for a call for content it was easily accepted even though i have rewritten it badly from the original source..meaning it wasn't very unique

contact them and have them explain how the to are related.

No my article is explicitly about the Life expectancy of dogs . The page they directed me to had no affiliation to anything in my article.

It was probably some cock bite editor who did not recieve any from his wife so decided to take it out on someone .

how could this possibly be slander or defamation of character? i think you need to look those up. it's their program and they can deny you for whatever reason they want. this is why volume and automation are your best friends.

I had an article which I wrote myself totally and they also said I copied. But they agreed to let me publish it, only they weren't paying.

Use it for potfolio work & to gt paid for that, but then just find someone to write long term for.

People regularly pay $10-15 for *good* articles. Make them unique & take about 20 mins writing one - thats still $45 an hour. Better than you'd get from AC.

Unless you are really, really hard up for cash, take your articles you worked hard on and put them on a site/blog of your own. Monetize the pages to make more than the money AC offers. Like jammie mentioned, "cos AC is just a means to an end", you can use them short term to get some cash, then put money back into sites/blogs with your content hosted there. If you plan to use AC long term, outsource the writing. You can make money by using your time doing something other than dinking with AC.

Slander is when someone runs around making false allegations if they said to you it's not slander


If they put pictures up in your neighborhood and said you molest children. That's slander.

I will suggest you first ask them to point out the exact area where you have infringed (i mean try to get a bit clarity before going the extra mile) before hiring a lawyer. Just my thought.

That's right, just move on...Good advice...

I never realized that when I first signed up with AC that I used my real name, lol because that was 2 years ago...

A week ago I decided to check up on what shows up in Google if people searched my real name for employment purposes etc. and saw that my AC profile was number 2 with number 3 being an indented result of my profile...

That wasn't there last time I checked, hehe...mainly my profiles that I setup with real estate related blogs when I was working in that field and some local newspaper articles my name was in, sports, editorials, crap like that...

So I submitted a test article, got accepted and published and sure enough the article took the indented position so I'm submitting 5 more articles to see if those will bump anymore results...

All pertaining to building a 'portfolio' as Jammie mentioned around my name on strategic topics...

Just perform like teflon...don't let this very small issue stick to you, let it slide off and move on to make more money..

Figure you're gonna get at least 1 out of 5 articles denied...so just keep grinding....

Nah I do not sue anyone . Too much work . i prefer getting paid . But they said directly that I copyied it . Which for one is false . For 2 the article they linked too had nothing too do with my article . I will keep submitting that same article just to fook with them.

It just really burns me up that they said that I copied it when I know damn good and well I did not . Plus they know I did not . But screw AC I will create some blogger blogs and stuff the articles on that .
