I am about to release a Clickbank product for the First-Aid teaching industry...I know this sounds pretty niche, but there are a decent amount of First aid training centers in the world and was wondering if anyone had any advice for getting affiliates? or any general advice?

It's tougher when the market is not used to affiliates. I would start with finding the top blogs on the subject and contacting them. Then check out if there are any other info poroducts out there in the same niche. If there is go to spyglass and check who is linking to their sales page and you will likely find some affiliates there.

Try using tools like KeywordSpy by typing in keywords for that industry and see who the top paying advertisers are.
Then visit their pages and see if they are affiliates (most usually are).
