About to disavow and 301 redirect. Should I disavow domain list or detailed link list?

Ok, so I am in the process of disavowing all links and 301 redirecting to the new domain. I downloaded the table of links from webmaster tools. Problem is this list only shows me the domains of the links. I am afraid to use this list because I am going to build links to the new site and I want links from some of the same domains that are on the list

So my question is, if I disavow the domains will those domains be disavowed on the new site as well? Or should I just use a detailed link list from MajesticSEO or Ahrefs?

Do the links, its very easy once you get the hang of it. I already saved 4 of my sites using disawov. First download links from webmaster tools. Analyze them in scrapebox, and disawov the links which are spam.

domain list is just a lot easier and cleaner, so that's what I usually go with. It also prevents future links on those websites being used against you.
